Word is spreading like wildfire about the possible WGA (Writer’s Guild of America) strike, and YES it definitely affects LOST because Carlton Cuse is a negotiating member of WGA!

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR US??? In a nutshell, if they do in fact strike (which could occur as soon as Nov 1st – next week!), LOST production will shutdown immediately.

LOST Script Supervisor Gregg Nations: “"If there is a strike, we will shut down immediately. Carlton is on the negotiating committee for the WGA, and there is no way that any of the writers would cross a picket line. We will not bank episodes or scripts..."

J.J. Abrams Project "Cloverfield"

If you saw Transformers, then you saw the trailer for J.J. Abrams huge top secret project, only known as “Cloverfield” – we don’t even know the name of the film yet. It’s going to hit theaters on 01-18-08, which appears to be a significant date relating to the film itself, and J.J. is playing his own little “Lost Experience” game in promoting this film.

He’s already got a teaser website set up, and now there’s a blog which links you to other sites (where you’ll find that photo, which is actually a game you have to figure out). An official trailer was just released, so if you haven’t seen Transformers you can check it out for yourself, tear it apart, and let us know if you find a robot Godzilla with a Dharma Initiative logo on it.

Comic Con is near and the Dharmalars will help guide you through the hectic 4 day ride. Ben and Ralph's Comic Con Survival Guide will help all of you attending to brace yourself for the ever expanding SanDiego Convention Center. Get to know what you will need to take with you as well as were to go. Where is the Lost panel and who will be there? What is the Exhibit Hall? Where is Hall H? Who will be at the convention?
