I posted the video up on iTunes. The iTunes version looks more crisp but still includes double chin action.

I'm bummed I have to wait until I get home to see this.

Hey, I just watched the promo again, where Pickett says they need Sawyer, and it got me thinking.

Do you think they've been looking for a blood match to the person with the tumor? That may be why they drew Michael's blood in Three Minutes. They may have discovered that Sawyer is a donor match or something.

Pre-emptive Kablamo...?

Ralph- said...

that is too perfect to actually happen aimee. i think that sometimes we should consult the show. i will keep my fingers crossed, cause that would be a good way to answer that question of why they took michaels blood.

KABLAMI aimee!

Mr. T is color blind

What was with the guy and the dropper?

Ralph- said...

he was Hunter s. Thomson aka Raul Duke from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. and he was supplying us with "adrenal gland" aka Jack Daniels

he was dressed as Johnny Depp as Hunter S. Thompson
a really great adaptation of one of my favorite books (no links to lost, Aimee, unless you count severe confusion and the erosion of the hippy culture)

if you look closely at the hats above ben's door, they spell out F U C K.

F= Fullerton Flyers
C= Chicago Cubs

i dont know what the U and K are though.

I thought it was something else. I'm glad it wasn't!

Never saw the movie or the book. Maybe Cuselof will plug it in the future.

p.s. Japanese Pete, I'm onto your little Japanese games.

I love the seemingly uneccesary use of the night vision (or maybe it was really dark in there). It only could have gotten better if two people started have sex, "One Night in Paris" style.

By the way, this is my first time posting here. Consider yourselves lucky.

What Japanese games? Like Go or Sumo Wrestling or Donkey Kong?

Ralph- said...

Japanese Pete, i know of what games Ms. Aimee is talking about an i agree. You are the one who pulled that little maneuver. fess up to it.

I got your back aimee!

for a funny Locke related YTMND.

Anonymous said...

Who is surfing on Locke?

And yes, Colin. We are better for you posting on the blog.

Mike Campbell said...

Aimee you should read something by Hunter S. Thompson.

Anonymous said...

I seriously have no idea what maneuver I'm responsible for. This isn't a denial neccessarily. It's just that I pull so much shit that I can't really remember all of it. I find it very likely that if you spoke explicitly on the subject I would probably smile pretty huge and go "Ohhhhh, right, that." Instead I'm just bewildered.

I would like Dylan to go on record and confess that he was the one who posted the hot Foxxy picture.

Ralph thought I was the one who had posted it, being the only female with access to the blog, but I didn't put it up there.

I know it was you Pete. Time zones don't lie.

Anonymous said...

Oh that? Yeah, it was me. Who cares? I thought it was obvious or else I would have taken the credit in the first place.

aimee is lost said...

Ha ha, no Ralph said I was framed...

Another reason to love John "Skunk Boy" Henson like I do: He thinks Lost is the best show on television.

Hollerin said...

I have a couple Lost questions. Did we ever find out who was writing the diary that mentioned their brother being held captive? And do we know that Juliet and Ben aren't related?

In no way consider myself full of Lost knowledge, so I was wondering about these two things. Anyone?

Ralph-I liked the video. Cool party. I would have been a beer wench if I was there. :)

Ralph- said...

Japanese Pete, ha ha i thought it was funny!

i dont remember the diary. are we gonna get to find out who's glass eye was left in the Arrow tonight? i think so!

Hollerin said...

Oh, I think I found what I was loking for. Diary

Benjamin said...

We could always use a few more beer wenches. My bald head is super cold right now! Just so you know, shaving your head at the beginning of November isn't exactly a smart move.

Say, Aimee, what are the dimensions of the puzzle when solved? I want to put it on a board so I can take it out of the living room when I'm not working on it.

The diary that was online on the ABC site, right? I don't know who that turned out to belong to. But you're entirely right about a possible family relation, rather than romantic, between Juliet and Ben. Good call.

And yes, I am fully aware that Mr. T is black. What of it? Homer Simpson is yellow, and I went as him two years ago.

Ralph- said...

Homer Simpson is color blind

Anonymous said...

I believe the puzzle to be 15" x 16".

aimee is lost said...

The completed puzzle is just under 19.5" W and about 27" H. Sort of strange dimensions, but I just grabbed the measuring tape, and that's what they are.

I came home from work early(migraine), and just finished watched Goonies. I haven't watched that movie since I was a kid. I want to be a Goonie.

Benjamin said...

Hey, the Goonies are good enough.

aimee is lost said...

Was that the same dude from The Hills Have Eyes?

Mike Campbell said...

I'm going to stray from the pack and say "Fuck the Goonies"

VIVA LA Flight of the Navigator. Complience. Yes, Max. Those were geeks.

Hollerin said...

What?! The Goonies is a great movie! I was in love with Corey Feldman growing up. You are right Ben, "the goonies 'R' good enough" - are you a Cyndi Lauper fan? haha.

Sorry for the migraine Aimee - those suck!

Benjamin said...

I love me some Cyndi Lauper. And I'm kicking myself so hard right now. When I posted that I was thinking that it was "The Goonies are good enough 4 me" or something, and I totally failed the R portion! My pop-culture reference was inaccurate!

Hollerin said...

Hey Ben, the reference was good enough for me. I feel a little feisty today and not much into working. Shhhh.

Jimmy said...

I'm going to upset you all and state that "The Goonies" is only 1 of 2 films I have walked out on (Judge Dredd being the other). I do have at least 10 years on most of the "Initiative" though, so that might explain why when it came out I hated being dragged to it. I think it made the "Phantom Menace" seem like a film for grown ups!

Loved the video...a window into your worlds. Well done.

Lets see if Paulo and Nikki get many more lines tonight!

Benjamin said...

Maybe Paulo can say, "I think there's something over HURK!" And be iced by the smoke monster. Yay!

I think I can see Goonies grating on someone that was in a certain age group at the time it came out, but NOT FOR ME! It'll always hold a special place in my heart. And yes, so will Flight of the Navigator. And a crapload of other movies from the same time.

Mike Campbell said...

They better not kill nikki or paulpooh head. I want to be devistated at 10pm tonight.

My puzzle tip of the day:
Assemble your puzzle on a yoga mat. Mats cost only a few dollars, and their sticky, rubberized surfaces allow you to roll up the mat and keep your pieces in place.
Next time, I'll talk about removing stubborn grape juice stains with a little club soda and anchovy paste.

Mike Campbell said...

Thank you Rachel Ryan

Jimmy said...

Yeah, I want to stress that the only thing I have against the Goonies is that I was out of the age bracket to enjoy it. But I DO like Flight of the Navigator...and many other young persons films too. Shit, I laugh at the Koala Brothers with my kid!

But I remember how, for instance, my brother loved Goonies...and A Team and Knightrider...all of which were just that two or three years to early for me. Why watch Kit and Hoff when I was at drinking age?

My gfriend is a small handful of years older than I, and feels the same way about "The 6 Million Dollar Man". As far as I was concerned when I was a little kid, the t6MDM was the pinnacle of high drama, moving storylines and great, great acting. I cried my eyes out when Steve lost Jaime Summers :(

Anonymous said...

I have to add my 2p's worth and say that i believe i'm right in saying that The Karate Kid should have risen Ralph macchio to the heights of superstardom, but because the film was so good, it stunted him - plus he got to snog Elizabeth Shue (could she get a part in Lost?!)
Jimmy, I take it Willo The Wisp was to you what Tellytubbies is to me then? Ironic and amusing, in that kitsch kind of way? I happen to think Willo The Wisp is a work of genius, Kenneth Wiliams is truly missed. (Never thought he'd get a name check on here!)

Jimmy said...

Tim,

My God...we've had ONJ and Kenneth Williams here in the space of a week.

Though I am aware of the Will O' the Wisp, Kenneth Williams connection he is besdt known by me for teaming up with Sid James and co with the Carry On films. Carry on Screaming was my Halloween Treat throughout the early 70's. My father actually claims he snogged Barbara Windsor in a jazz club!

Hollerin said...

Japanese Pete-
Feel free to post pictures of hot men at any time! No complaints here.

aimee is lost said...

Yoga mats are great for puzzles because if you suck at Yoga, they can at least serve a purpose.

Pete, I agree with Holly, post all the hot guy photos you like. I wasn't actually complaining, just trying to give you a hard time. Get it? "hard" time? Hot guys? Ah, never mind...

Migraines suck, but it's Lostnesday, and I can't really go to sleep otherwise I could end up missing season 3's death blow #2.

Hollerin said...

Well said Aimee. :)
I get headaches like that about 3 time a year. Yuck! Hope recover before Lost!

I love the old school Ghostbusters music! That rocks.
