Here's my new theory. MiB will fail in his attempt to leave the island, but he won't die. He will remain on the island (in Locke's form). Since he is 'evil incarnate,' the whole point of LOST is to keep this evil from infecting the rest of the world, ie keep him on the island. Jack will be the one who becomes the new Jacob, and his job will be to keep Locke/evil on the island forever. So the final scenes of the show will be Jack and Locke sitting on the beach as adversaries.
Oh and Kim, you rigged it-don't lie.

Considering the fact that it took me 4 months to go buy a dog door to install and then when I did it, I put it in backwards so my uncle had to fix it, I'm not sure I'd fully call myself a MAN, but that's a flattering thing for you to say Steph :)
