Great job on the podcast Seattle crew. Even if its ragging on LOST it's LOST content. Yay!

I couldn't be arsed to download Ralph's eighteen podcasts from this past week, but the triumphant return of Seattle Jimmy is more than enough to spark me to do some downloading tonight. Welcome back, brother.

While the podcast puts LOST on our brains. Will S4 open with a song like S2 and S3? What song? I've got dibs on CCR's Bad Moon Rising.

ok, new favorite computer error message.

on an HP laptop. turn on the machine and the first line of the error message reads:

"Please backup the contents of the hard drive and run"

of course, the second line expands the message with "HDD Self Test in F10 Setup" but i REALLY like "Please backup the contents of the hard drive and run" as a standalone message. :)

Nice picture of the dude in red. lol. Looks like he's about to pass out.

Here's a couple more pics that I was able to find to help explain the podcast. ;)

Holli, Yeah it does rag on lost a bit. But as I think is said during the podcast, you rag on what you love. But only Lost fans can rip on the show. Kinda like how you can make fun of your own family, but others can't. lol.

I am excited to hear this when I get the chance. From what I was able to hear at Jimmy's apartment, he really had his stuff together.

in that picture of Jimmy and Aimee, is that a Mic? that thing looks crazy

memphish said...

Agree Jordan. You guys definitely have put in the hours and love to be able to rag on LOST. It was a fun podcast. I'd love to hear another one. And, there's a new thread which Ralph must have put up, but he keeps posting here.

Yeah, that's his mic. It's called "the snowball". Even says it on the thing.

Ralph- said...

i never thought that Jimmy would be into snowballing with aimee................. oh snap.

[ally] said...

it looks and sounds like you guys had a good time doing the podcast. who cares if there was raggin' or not.

good job, jimmy, aimme and jordan!

Where did you all record this episode?

Jordan said...

Jimbo's apartment, which was walking distance from the pub.

Funny little story real quick. Not sure if it was mentioned in the podcast. On the way to Jimmy's from the pub, we stopped at the corner store to grab some refreshments. Jimmy beforehand told us about the guy who works there and that his name is Sayid. When we go there, Aimee goes up to the guy upon purchasing and says, "So your name is Sayid? Ha ha ha." The guy gives this confused look back. It was hilarious.

It must have been a busier summer than I thought; did I miss something? Did Aimee move to Seattle? Did Jordan? As C-3PO might say, I'm so confused.

Ralph- said...

Jordan Lives in Seattle. (206) is the area code for Seattle. that is the same area code where K7.Net is stationed, and where we got the Dharmaline from.

Aimee was in town visiting.

Woohoo! The 'Lars are back. Just finished listening to the Lost: Broken Promises; that was so much fun! I'm going to post a bunch of pictures on my MySpace, so if you want some more Seattle funshots, check em out there.

I have to run and listen to the new 'Lars so I can hear the idiotic drunk calls from Jordan and I!

HUGE thank you to Jordan for his hospitality in Seattle. You're a douche on roadtrips, but you know I love you! I had so much fun there, and you know it was because of you! Thanks for not taking advantage of me when I passed out on your couch.

Another big thank you to Jimmy for taking me to the local pub and for just generally being awesome!

Ralph- said...

Jordan, you did NOT take advantage?

Wesh said...

Looks like I was in Portland too! But the buggers wrapped me in a tight plastic cover and put me out for sale. Inhumane!

(nice myspace pics! looks like an awesome time in seattle! sweet!)

Bernard was Mr. Gorpley on Perfect Strangers. He was Balki's boss at the newspaper. Remember when they all got stuck in the basement during the flood? Man, oh man. That Meposian was always getting into trouble.

Regarding Jack & Ana's army: In the Lost Lowdown they concluded that the whole point of that storyline was to get the guns out of the hatch before it imploded. In that regard it was quite significant for the further development for the show, but I agree that the resolution was disappointing in relation to the tension it was building up to.

Anyway, a good podcast!
