This blog just took a turn for the worst...
so appropriately named "five minutes of freddie" since that's all i've ever seen of the show...every wednesday from 8:55-9:00 just before "Lost." Is it just me or does EVERY epi of "freddie" end with those two guys sitting on a couch talking?

alright everybody. after a couple of days working out the bugs, ralph and ben have a podcast to give everyone. i sent an email out to craig, and i am hoping we can figure out how to get it out to everyone to download
i want to thank everyone who supported us in this endeavor, and i want to thank my good friend Ryan, editor/sound engineer/giggler extrordinair! if it weren't for ryan, i would not have been able to do this. i would also like to thank my good pal Ben, for being a great partner in crime. and laast but definitly not least, i would love to thank my wife Stevi, who slept on the couch last night until 11:30 so that ryan and i could get the show complete!

Ralph, it sounds like you're giving an acceptance speech at the Oscars.
By the way, Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced to five days in jail, a five hundred dollar fine, and five minutes of Freddie.
It's a tv show on ABC that comes on right before Lost. It's a lame ass sitcom about some shallow single guys that's really not entertaining or original, and it stars Freddie Prinze, Jr.
All I can say about Freddie is.... "LOOKING GOOD!!!"
hell yeah! i love when i hear Freddie Prinze Sr. say Looking good, cause that means LOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSSSSSSTT!
What the crap is up with ABC having a clip show tonight??
yeah, i know, we have another week without lost. but if things go my way you will at least have a shitty "SAS" episode tonight. keep your fingers crossed!
Ralph, are you planning to put it up on iTunes, or are you going to upload an mp3 to the blog like SaS used to do?

i like lost podcast so much, that i even thought to start one of my own, and that was gong to be the artwork for it. i am glad i finally got to use it.
