which might have something to do with iTunes on shuffle playing "Locke'd Out Again" for the past couple of minutes.

oh, that giacchino!

alex said...

Awesome, thanks girls. Incidentally, it's the perfect day for you to release this. We got our first snow in Minnesota today and now I have an excuse to stay inside for 2 hours.

:( We'll never get a new episode of LOST again

andrew. said...

aw. all of the great TLI episodes totally made season 6 awesome.

i'm looking forward to more podcasts from the gang. Kim's slow but inevitable journey to Buffy-fanatic on PotentialCast & Aimee's Walking Dead cast (dooze it!)

i'm totally buying season 6 DVDs after the post-Christmas economic collapse.

Jordan is less than 25 miles away from me at the moment and I can't get away to have lunch with him. Oh well. Maybe SDCC 2011.

Just got back to Seattle after 2 weeks of road tripping through the South. Average or around 70 or so degrees most of the time. To return to 20 freaking degrees and the entire city covered in snow. Not the comfortable transition. I need to sleep for a week now.

Turkeys Are People Too performed by Dominic Monaghan. Cuz, hey, why not?

Happy eating day y'all!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING, INTERWEBBINGS!

Jordan, let's record soon. I can't wait to hear about your trip.

Wow, that's the most postings there's been here in 1 day than there has been in the last 6 months! Hope every one is having a good Thanksgiving,,, everyone else can have one for us Americans.

Let's do it, Steph! I can't wait to give my snooty NW take on you silly southerners. ;)

Well, at least you made it home alive, in one piece, unmarried to anyone you met down here, and without being locked up in a jail. Or did you?

Came close.

I, too, have not been able to listen yet. I loved TLI. It's nice to have Kim on Potentialcast, though, and I'm still subscribed to "Watch Me Experiment" in the hope that Aimee does another when she gets bored.

Stephanie said...

"Watch Me Experiment"? I feel out of the loop.

JonFromNKY said...

"Watch Me Experiment" is Aimee's pay per view porn web site.

PalmerEldritch said...

dont say that, jon. you'll cause listeners to whip out their... wallet.

Chris JC said...

Watch Me Experiment hasn't updated in ages and I think the old videos have gone. It's Aimee doing things like making bread pudding, trying pads that suck toxins out of her feet and trying to do the exploding Mentos and cola thing.

is anyone else having problems downloading the last two TLI podcasts??

Ralph- said...

i was able to snag them without any problems.

BORING: some dude makes LOST fan film.
BLOGWORTHY: on the actual LOST sets.

JonFromNKY said...

I guess it's hard to write good fan fiction if you're trying to use old sets as the main characters.

PalmerEldritch said...

well, the sets wrote it too.

but its got to be fucking awesome to just trot down to those sets and hang out.

Ralph- said...

I would go and have some drinks at the Orchid!

andrew. said...

remember when we used to get excited around this time for the return of LOST?
those were the days, those were the days.

JonFromNKY said...

I'm afraid the blog may be dying slowly

Ralph- said...

i could always post Tail End episodes here, if you guys are into that show.

JonFromNKY said...

I'm surprisingly not into the re-watch. I've listened to some Tailends. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm just not into it right now. Too soon maybe? I don't know... I've also found that there's not a whole lot of TV shows that I'm following that closely these days.

PalmerEldritch said...

i listen to the Tail End (and it is hilarious) but i'm not rewatching along with Ralph and Beth. but i remember a ridiculous amount of stuff from the multiple times i've already watched season one. oops.

FART SOUP.

JonFromNKY said...

Oh yeah... I like listening to the Tailend, but it makes me want to watch LOST, but then I remember that I don't want to watch LOST. I guess I'm still in the second stage of loss.

Ralph- said...

My least favorite part of doing The Tail End is watching the episodes. I have this feeling that i am going to just stop taking notes eventually.

I am excited to get into season 2, when there is more mythology to explore.

Also, be sure to catch our episode for "Numbers" (not the show "Numb3rs") because Jorge is going to do a commentary with us.

I am done with LOST, but i am having a lot of fun doing this show.

PalmerEldritch said...

KABLAMO!!!!

yeah, i'm digging the tail end. still too lazy to write or call in though. really enjoying the musical selections, ralph. planet texas, indeed.

i have to pick up season 6 of LOSt on blu-ray. and seasons 1 and 2 sometime too.

everybody else watching the hell out of Fringe? great show. also, Human Target is entertaining and hilarious. good popcorn tv show.

Ralph- said...

I just started watching fringe.

PalmerEldritch said...

nice. first six or eight episodes aren't that super terrific but once it starts taking off, it pretty much kicks ass every week.

lots of mysterious history and mythology along with some great character stuff. John Noble, who plays Walter, is an amazing actor with a lot of really meaty stuff to do in seasons 2 and 3.

also, it's fun to make Mighty Ducks jokes while you are watching it.

John V. Holder III said...

My wife is making me watch the most recent ep. of the new "90210" and one of the characters just said "Namaste, bitches."

Srsly.

John V. Holder III said...

BTW it's Feb 10th.

Anyone check out that new Matthew Perry show? It wasn't fantastic, but it did have Jorge Garcia in it. Not great, but I think I'll give it one more week because I really like Matthew Perry.

PalmerEldritch said...

HAPPY AIMEE'S BIRTHDAY, INTERWEB BITCHES!!!

What's up everyone?

Sorry I haven't been around for about 6 months, but with the new baby, life's been kinda hectic.

Jordan - I know I'm waaaaaayyy late on this, but I'm glad you had fun in Charleston. Sorry things were so crazy around that time. Hopefully we can get together if you make you way to the Southeast again.

Palmer - I'm watching the ever-living fuck out of Fringe right now. I'm so relieved it got picked up for Season 4 because there's no way they could have adequately tied up the story by the end of this season. It's sad, but Fringe, Community and Breaking Bad are about the only TV shows I get excited for anymore.

I had no clue Jorge was going to be on Fringe until I saw the episode. Great, great scene! Him and John Noble were perfect together and I really hope they find a way to bring him back in some sort of recurring role.

Speaking of John Noble, he's doing a lot of voiceover work for the new game "LA Noire" that's coming out in May. I was already psyched for the game, but this news made it doubly exciting.

Also, Uncharted 3 coming out in November! We need to get the band back together for some online multiplayer.

So I've been listening to a couple of LOST Rewatch podcasts, but I haven't been able to bring myself to actually rewatch the show yet. I hate to admit this, but other than "The New Man In Charge," I haven't watched a single episode of LOST since the finale. I think I'll get more excited if I have an incentive... like a series-long Losties, maybe?!? (hint, hint)

Hope everyone's been doing well the last few months and here's wishing you all see warm weather in the very near future.

Stay classy Blogspot!

JonFromNKY said...

Wow, the blog had a new post. Good to hear from you Joe!

PalmerEldritch said...

wtf???

blogger just ate my post. rat fuckers.

i was saying... uh...

oh, yeah. fringe is crazy good. really enjoy that show. it's not as emotionally engaging as Desmond/Penny or anything but, damn, it's a fun and interesting show. and when John Noble wants to, he can play your emotions like a fiddle. talented guy. really, really talented guy.

had a lot more to say but cant remember it all. just know that it was probably the best thing that was ever written. and now, thanks to blogger, its gone to the ether never to be seen again.

way to go, guys.

PalmerEldritch said...

oh! here's something. finally got season 6 on blu-ray. which extras are must-watches?

Haven't watched anything on the Season 6 Blu-Ray except "The New Man in Charge" yet.

I'm hoping to dive into it soon, though. I'll let you know if I find anything interesting.

...and I agree. Blogger is the devil. It's eaten more posts than I care to remember. So much wasted brilliance...

andrew. said...

Hey blogspot! *chirp chirp chirp*

- Fringe is really good and fun. Probably my favorite show right now (though there really isn't much going on at the moment, but still great show) It's lost some of the gravity from season 2, but it's still surprising and has great performances from the entire cast

- my LOST season 6 DVDs are still sealed. I kind of want to pretend that season never happened and we're just in a ridiculously long hiatus.

- is everyone almost finished with their Series Losties ballots?

Unknown said...

I just read that there's going to be a Uncharted 3 beta this summer starting July 5th. Early access (June 28th) to those who are PS+ subscribers or those who buy Infamous 2. Can't wait.

PalmerEldritch said...

fringe is a great show. much better than the first few episodes.

anyone catch Game of Thrones? boy, howdy. thats a lot of boobs.

havent submitted any LOST series LOSTies. prolly should just to pressure our beloved TLI hostesses into recording. :p

brennan, i am in dire need of Uncharted 3. great series.

although anything having to do with the movie version sounds awful. lets hope it dusnt come about.
