Not me! I was still too annoyed that after weeks of waiting for a landlord to send a plumber to fix our taps, the plumber arrives without warning at 7pm on New Year;s Eve, fits new taps and as a result the water tank stopped working (no cold taps in sink, bath and toilet cistern not filling).
Luckily I am a slow genius and today, with the aid of my hand and water feedback I blasted the air bubble out of our tank and now it all works. I am excellent.
And, in honour of how excellent I am, and that it's a Happy New Year, have a YouTube link to the obscure Captain Eo. 17 minutes, approx $30 million.
I didn't do anything for new years. My family were all in bed by 10.30, so i proceeded to ring the new year in by knackering my fingers by playing Assassin by Muse on Guitar Hero World Tour.
And the year gets better. I've got an exam on monday. Joy.
See, I can't understand that. With the actual guitar you have to think about frets, strings, strumming, chords, pedals (if applicable) and whammy bars (if you're using an electric guitar).
But with Guitar Hero, all you have to do is think of the buttons and strumming.
Saying that though, i can't play an actual guitar. Never tried. GH is the next bst thing. I've not really got time to learn an instrument, what with Uni work, preparation for stuff after uni, finding employment and the small matter of having a social life and such obligations like that.
Also, Guitar Hero is well fun when played drunk with other people.
I spent the new year totally drunk playing Rock Band at a friend's house. I really like the drums. I was best at that. The guitar was harder than I thought it would be, and singing wasn't all that hard either. (Mind you we played in the EASY mode as we were all pretty tipsy by 11pm)
I LOVED it, and now I want to get Rock Band...but first I'd need a gaming system to play it on.
I want to see the Wrester, but no one will go with me. A friend saw 7lbs, and loved it. I'm not so sure about it after hearing the reviews weren't to kind. I'd like to see Revolutionary Road tomorrow.
- Stephanie you're such a Dean girl! ;) Was it really terrible? it kind of looks fun and it has my girl Shannon Sossamon in it. are you going to go see My Bloody Valentine 3D?
- classic Jon, it's really funny that you bleeped the video.
- AMC's Prisoner miniseries is approaching. No date, so probably summer. They have a website: seekthesix.com It takes a while to load but it's kinda cool. I'm excited for the show. Ian McKellen is awesome casting.
Andrew, I haven't seen a movie as bad as that in a long, long time. It was so bad that Jensen was actually bad. Ugh. I'm trying to decide if Morgan can see My Bloody Valentine. I'm not worried about her not being able to handle the gore and violence. More worried about the sex. I will be seeing Jared in this. Today I'm a Jared Girl.
I thought it was kind of odd when I read that CNN got Kathy Griffin to co-host their New Year's Eve show with Anderson Cooper. You just knew that they were going to regret that choice.
My New Year was low key, only mild partying. I did get drunk on the night of the 1st though so I have a mild hangover now.
I'm not going to see 7 pounds based on the reviews. Maybe DVD, but not likely. There's not a lot grabbing my attention of late. We did get a Wii for xmas, and that's a laugh! That was about it...just chilling right now and getting ready for yoga.
I haven't seen Seven Pounds, nor do I want to in the least. I know Steph seemed to love it. But everything I've read and heard about makes it sound terrible. A friend who saw it was so angry at spending $10 to see it, called me up after and told me the entire story. I couldn't help but laugh. Maybe it translates better when watching. But given what I've heard, I doubt it. For me at least.
Something I forgot to mention the other day when raving about Slumdog Millionaire. The music in that film was awesome. I need to find the soundtrack.
I'm still in the process of seeing all the requisite "award worthy" films. But so far the only ones I feel strongly about are Slumdog and The Wrestler. I really hope both films are able to get nominated. I'm not sure either are mainstream enough to actually win. Odds are something much more conventional and less impressive like Milk or Benjamin Button will win. Blah.
Oh, and for whatever reason I've had the desire to watch a bunch of really shit movies.
Eagle Eye, wow. What a ridiculous movie. Because it's an action movie, it's almost passable. But once you stop watching it, you realize how absurd the entire premise is.
(stupid browser is always posting when I'm still typing!)
So yeah, if Eagle Eye was barely watchable, then Southland Tales was a horrific, unwatchable mess. I can't think of a stupider, worse, pointless mess of crap ever. It was a good thing I was only passively watching it in the background while doing other things. Because if I had actually sat for 2 hrs and 20 min and gave that film my whole attention, I'm pretty certain I would've lost about 20 IQ pts. I am by no means as big a fan of Donnie Darko as most. I felt it was interesting and kinda good, but not much more. But Richard Kelly lost whatever amount of credit in my book and then some with Southland Tales. Wow. I haven't hated a movie that much in a long time. If anyone here happens to have mistakenly placed this on their queue, take it off immediately!
- Damon & Carlton said that Harper was really there. Maybe with this season supposedly being really sci-fi/fantasy and covering the island, we'll finally find out about the whispers. - "Son Of A Bitch" & "Jack Ass" are my favorite grumpy old man swears. I say them all of the time now.
"Horse shit" is my fave old man swear. There used to be this old guy who sat near us at Seahawks games years ago. He'd always yell out, "That's horse shit!" on any bad call. My friends and I carry on his legacy to this day.
Nice, Jordan. We need to see more "honest" film promos. I think that Scarlett Johannson looking all German would be the only redeeming quality of the film.
I too heard the big twist about 7 pounds and it sounded like it was worth the criticism...so no, it's not on my list. Shame, as I love Will Smith films generally...
I just found out that the name Giacchino is supposed to be pronounced "juh-KEE-no" as opposed to what i thought, which was "GEE-a-CHEE-no". How interesting.
Anyhow, I was looking around for the scores of Lost, I can't seem to find a Season 4 score, which makes me think one hasn't been released. But i think i remember someone, most likely Ralph, saying something about it..... Hmm.
MB, That is a direct quote from Ebert's review of the film.
Just watched Gran Torino. Can't remember if anybody here has commented on it or not. Solid film. I had my reservations from the "get off my lawn" trailer. But it was pretty good. Eastwood gives a good performance. Although with an extremely limited and green cast. All in all, very solid.
...and PS, I saw Doubt tonight. Very intense movie. At first I thought it was going to be one of those over-hyped movies only the critics seem to like, but I really got into it. Damn, that Meryl Streep is fantastic. Why on earth did she do Mamma Mia? That was a flaming pile of dung.
From what i've been told though Chris, next year's xmas special is a two parter, and that the 11th doctor will appear in the second episode, scheduled for early 2010. My guess is there's an episode on christmas day and then another one a week later on new year's day. Leaving around 3 months or so wait for season 5.
Anybody think Pepsi is trying for a little bit of subliminal association? Looks as if they're trying to get in on the bandwagon of positivity that was associated with that logo. If that's the case, it's working. Cuz I just saw a new commercial and got that exact vibe. In fact I thought it was an Obama ad at first.
I didn't notice the "Obama" similarities, but noticed the Diet Pepsi logo yesterday watching football behind Bob Costas. I hate that guy. I was debating on which was more annoying. The logo, or Costas' voice.
Yeah Palmer, it is pretty much the same logo as they've always had. But the new one is tweaked just enough to be very similar to the Obama logo. And it's not just the logo that gave me the Obama vibe. Here's the commercial I was talking about.
The BSG webisodes are great except for that horrid Underworld trailer you're forced to sit through between each one. If you watch, palmer, let me know which Sharons those two are. So confusing especially after so much time has past. Oh and lots of blood.
I'm back home and the days of 70 and sunny with an ocean (well a gulf) at my feet are over and instead we are having freezing rain and skies that look like the sun hasn't come up yet. Great laundry weather in other words.
I hope the Losties will be out soon. Looking forward to them. I can't believe it's only 2 weeks and 2 days until LOST. Amazing how the months fly. Yeah right.
Seems like TV is going into overdrive coming up. We're going to give 24 a go once again. We only made it about 6 hours before we didn't care last time it was on. I hope 2 years to write it will be worth it. Other things I'm looking forward to, BSG and Friday Night Lights and Damages and Burn Notice.
Yeah - I'm on the same page with 24. I'm going to go with it (mainly b/c I liked "Redemption" enough), but I may not make it to mid-season - we'll see.
lol - I'm so pathetic saying "well...alright I'll watch it" - there's plenty of other good stuff to fill my scant TV time. I think I feel like I've watched this thing from the beginning and so I want to see if they take it in any new directions. They sort of did with Redemption - so we'll see.
seriously though - I didn't think you were saying that, I thought it was a good point about how different people want different things out of their entertainment.
Jordan and all, listen to the Valkyrie Q&A. The guy likes to talk, it's 2 hours long but fascinating. He's also the screenwriter of The Usual Suspects. He talks about how he tried his best to keep the marketing dept from using the name Keyser Söze out of the advertising for the film. The marketers said "These people are idiots. You have to beat them over the head with it." They lump us all together and think we're all the same. And I say that if everyone were exposed to good storytelling, more would be like us and not settle for crappy writing.
Hey guys. Haven't posted over Christmas so Merry and Happy New Year!!!! I am looking forward to the losties and hearing the eventual, rightful winners.
I am listening to a few podcasts in retrospect and preparation and in the Lost Mystery Podcast, they just reviewed 'What Kate did'. In that episode (and in the clip at the start of thier podcast) Eko tells Locke a story of a temple where a religous figure found a book, and that similar to this he found a book in another DHARMA station, The Arrow. I reckon 'The Arrow' could lead to 'The Temple' in some way. A secret passage like 'The Staff' station. Although I see how a two day trek in the finale by The Others might not fit, maybe its a more dangerous way there or something crazy like that. Any thoughts?
I just bought this amazing t-shirt today. It's well good. I'd link it, but i don't seem to be able to find it online though. basically, it's a bright red shirt that says
Jack & Kate & Hurley & Sun & Sayid & Aaron.
It's quite amazing. As soon as i can, i'm going to purchase a TLI shirt too.
Alirio...hilarious!!!!! I'm so embarrassed to admit that it wasn't until I was in my teens to figure out the person in the Polkaroo costume was the guy; that's why he ALWAYS missed him. LOL
Ally, no you're not too late. We'll save time for the SaSsers to ge their votes in. Most of you have...though there are a few I'm surprised who did not :(
The moral of this story is clear: more Doctor Who talk. The internet has demanded it!
Seriously, though, hope we're all good. I've just read that Chris Morris will be making his long threatened suicide bomber comedy film. I'm not confident about a US remake of that one.
- prediction: JD sleeps with her, it gets weird, he somehow manages to relate it to Carla & Turk's marriage and whatever crisis of self-doubt that Elliot Reed is going through. She leaves the show on a melancholy note and JD makes a comment about appletinis in his cutesy voice.
- admission: i watched both episodes of Scrubs tonight
- even more shameful admission: i watched Scrubs because i had "Homeland Security USA" on in the background beforehand.
- i did enjoy seeing the little teaser telling me that LOST would be on in two weeks!
Funny Lost reference in the first ep of Scrubs which you can see with this link here. I swear that Lost has to be the most randomly referenced tv show on other tv shows and movies in history. Writers love having their characters talk about it.
Watching Homeland Security aka "Team America the tv show" is a lot more embarrassing than watching Scrubs. Yah, it's done the same thing story wise a few times. But I still find it very funny. Thought the ep's tonight were pretty decent. Nice to finally see it in hd and widescreen. Interesting how they do the little post credit gags. Thought the one in the first ep about nielsen ratings and awards was pretty witty.
So I haven't watched any of the BSG webisodes. Maybe I'll check em out before the new eps start. Need to be caught up on the whole Gay-ta (get it?) deal, so as to not be confused when he starts flirting with Apolo.
I just heard about the Nzi Zombie movie that premieres at Sundance this year. Also John Krasinski's movie sounds strange but not as strange as Nazi zombies.
Brief Interviews with Hideous Men is written and directed by John Krazinski. Appareantly he's a graduate of Brown and is an honors playwright. Oh yeah, if you liked King of Kong see Man on Wire.
anyone watching Season 4 of LOST on SciFi? saw the end of the Season 3 finale and the beginning of the Season 4 premiere. that's a darn entertaining show!
Work's gotten so busy that even my lurking has plummeted. But, I came across this weird Naveen Andrews' story, wanted to see some blogspot chat about it ... and was shocked to see that it's not been posted yet! Enjoy...
Welcome back, Trev. I hope your holidays were nice. When does Good TV come back? Ryan, I've watched the new Skins promos. If you come across any thing new, let me know. Even though he sounds like an asshole in interviews, I give Naveen props for doing what is best for his child.
"You can watch the original version of The Prisoner online."
Amusingly, I'm not allowed to. Never mind - I can at least be standing outside Number Six's house in London in about half an hour if I wanted to. It's also literally about a minute's walk from the south wall of Buckingham Palace.
Getting up at 0445 helps cure insomnia. I usually have no problems going to sleep except when I find the lost bag of chocolate chip morsels in the cabinet from Christmas and eat 3 big handfuls of them at 7pm. Then at 9 my heart is still pounding out of my chest. But other than that, I'm out by 9:30.
Perhaps you're all watching Vantage Point in your Netflix Instant Queue. I assume Jordan waged a one man campaign for the ability to watch such great cinema at will.
- i think my last post came across as mean spirited, but i was totally joking. Your favorite shows aren't stupid. (snicker)
- i'm playing hooky from work on Sunday to watch the Steelers murderize Jay & Jack's Chargers (they are the only Chargers fans i know of ;) I just hope it goes better than the time that Spiderman played hookie
Obama meeting Spiderman, the Avengers meeting Letterman. And speaking of the Stillers (Who as a Seahawks fan I'm obligated to loathe), Here's Terry Bradshaw meeting Jay Leno.

So.....who else had a wicked hangover this morning?

And, in honour of how excellent I am, and that it's a Happy New Year, have a YouTube link to the obscure Captain Eo. 17 minutes, approx $30 million.
Part One
Part Two
I still felt a little drunk this morning I have to say. I insisted on Taco Hell for lunch and it did indeed help.
I saw Captain Eo as it was originally intended, in 3D at Epcot when I was 17 years old. Yeah, I'm that freaking old.
And now, preparing for the Losties.

I still can't get the hang of Guitar Hero. I can't help but feel that it's more difficult than actually playing a real guitar.

i was looking for a ka-blamo in the last thread. instead i think we got a Jimmy sighting.
/that's what she said?
The Wrestler is a damn good flick. I hope Rourke beats that whiney bitch Sean Penn for the Oscar.
I spent the new year totally drunk playing Rock Band at a friend's house. I really like the drums. I was best at that. The guitar was harder than I thought it would be, and singing wasn't all that hard either. (Mind you we played in the EASY mode as we were all pretty tipsy by 11pm)

I just feel bad from staying up way too late. And watching this gawd-awful straight-to-dvd flick.
My New Years resolution: To see more movies in the theater. I didn't see any of the big movies this year until they came out on DVD.
Second resolution: To get smarter friends.
My redneck friends watching 2 girls 1 cup
Steph, I think Supernatural has poisoned your brain. Or at least those guys have. :P
But his hair's so pretty.
They really need that hairstylist on Supernatural.
As Palmer has already seen:
BIG DOCTOR WHO NEWS.
BBS - here I come!
Jordan, the videos you link never disappoint
LOST starts.... THIS MONTH!
What did we decide Harper was? She was really there? Did she travel with the whispers? That's the idea I got.
So Ben just gave up control of the island to John?
What purpose does it serve for Sawyer to utter the words "son of a bitch" every episode?
Dean does it too.
"Son of a bitchin bastard" is a phrase my husband's insane grandmother used to say before she got religion.
Jordan, the Slumdog soundtrack has two versions of Paper Planes. Very good.
Knuckle-Cunt has always been my favorite swear ever.
Speaking of award season...
Can you imagine The Wrestler starring Nicholas Cage? Thank God someone talked him out of it.
I give Nick Cage a lot of credit. Because he actually stepped down because he realized that Aronofsky really wanted Rourke. That's mighty big of him.

Sounds like I need to stop working so much and watch some damn movies.
Hey everyone...
Don't forget to send TLI you picks for The Losties. Aimee and I will be recording this week.
Looking forward to everyone's picks (if you're not 1 of the 3 ppl that have sent us something) LOL
Hint, hint
...and PS, I saw Doubt tonight. Very intense movie. At first I thought it was going to be one of those over-hyped movies only the critics seem to like, but I really got into it. Damn, that Meryl Streep is fantastic. Why on earth did she do Mamma Mia? That was a flaming pile of dung.
ka-blamo! hope to get at least a few categories filled out and submitted to you, kim. i'm probably too lazy though. sorry!
actually, i could fill 'em out and submit them without re-viewing any episodes. where are those categories again? :)
Palmer, and those who are interested. New Doctor revealed at the forum. (Steph - it's a link, no name).
I really like the new doctor. He was good in that one show that i saw him in.
My curiosity got the best of me.
He's young. I like the idea. I'm pleased even though I have no idea who he is.
mb and I will have lots to talk about tomorrow night, I'm sure.
And now, who will be playing the Island in the new season of LOST?

Here comes Doctor #11...in 15 months or so :(
oh well
actually, do we get a christmas special? I can't remember if that's one of the 3 remaining Tennant specials.
Anyhow - inital reactions are on the boards - I'm more positive about him the more I watch him and think about it.
well - this article answered my question in my last post - I think.
Tennant will regenerate "during" the 2009 Christmas special.
so.....at the end of the episode?
From what i've been told though Chris, next year's xmas special is a two parter, and that the 11th doctor will appear in the second episode, scheduled for early 2010. Hmm, very interesting Jordan. I love the conspiracy theorist in you. We won't see that can down here for years.
even more insidious of Pepsi to have made use of a time machine to have been using a nigh-identical logo for years now. those bastards!
Here's the commercial I was talking about.
ok. that commercial needs to be stopped.

Marketing 101... Know what's popular, associate yourself with it, sit back and collect the profit.
Since Obama's largest asset is popularity (and that's about it) more power to the Pepsi people,, I hope they can make some $.
i hereby suggest a politician themed line of laxatives.
are the current round of BSG webisodes worth watching?
I second that motion!
Hello all...
Bonne Année!!
I'm sore after a night of 3-on-3 hockey. Lots of fun, too much skating ;-)
My new year's was low key with new friends. stayed out so frakin' late!
I have no idea what I think of the new Doctor yet... will give him a chance to show me what he's got.
No one can ever do for the Doctor what Tom Baker did... my personal favoUrite...
Losties picks being sent out post-haste...

I'm looking forward to BSG, Kyle XY, FOTC, Big Love and finally being able to discuss FNL. Also anxious to see Dollhouse. And the return of the boys.
Welcome home Holli!

Steph - per our Wii discussion - I can only hope that the Deuce would laugh like this if I ever get one
Steph, why am I not suprised that you watch Kyle XY? lol.
I'm down for another over the top round of 24. And BSG and Lost when they start as well.
I'm ignoring you, Jordan.
mb, you might want to edit out the part where I called everyone who doesn't watch Lost idiots who like their movies spoon-fed to them.
Leave that part in. It's what we all think or should think.
Holli
lol Steph
but it's true isn't it?
:)
seriously though - I didn't think you were saying that, I thought it was a good point about how different people want different things out of their entertainment.
I miss Trevor McFurr.
Jordan from the 206 said...
I agree with Steph's elitist comment. Most people are lazy idiots.

If I had more energy, or was less confused by what you were saying, I'd probably react to that statement...
LOST is coming!!!
Polkaroo!
That was for Kim...
I just bought this amazing t-shirt today. It's well good. I'd link it, but i don't seem to be able to find it online though. basically, it's a bright red shirt that says
Jack &
Kate &
Hurley &
Sun &
Sayid &
Aaron.
It's quite amazing. As soon as i can, i'm going to purchase a TLI shirt too.
i'm about to submit my votes kim! i hope i'm not too late.
andrew saying to steph "you're such a dean girl" is the funniest thing i've heard all week.
Most of you have...though there are a few I'm surprised who did not :(
/tisk, tisk
so... was there some sort of nuclear apocalypse that i didnt hear about or just a slow day on the blogspot?
I dunno. But there seems to be a decent amount of activity over on the Doctor Who forum.
slow day?
Try ringing a bell for a living!
ah, internet gold!
The moral of this story is clear: more Doctor Who talk. The internet has demanded it!
Seriously, though, hope we're all good. I've just read that Chris Morris will be making his long threatened suicide bomber comedy film. I'm not confident about a US remake of that one.
I almost forgot. Scrubs premieres on ABC tonight!
does it have Courteney Cox as the cheif of medicine in these two episodes?
Yes. But I don't think she's on too much more after. Only for 2 or 3 eps, I think.
"Homeland Security??" ugh...
Well it beats watching "Biggest Loser" before waiting for Scrubs to come on. Seriously, the contestants this season are huuuuuuuuuuge!
Check out tv critic Tim Goodman's top 25 tv shows of '08. Agree? Disagree? I think it's pretty solid.
One of the stranger things I've encountered on the interweb.
2 Weeks, 13 hours, 25 minutes. Or an hour less if you want to watch a clip show.

what kind of totally awesome things are we all planning for the lost premiere? right now, i'm thinking waffles.
HOLY FUCK!
that's one gory zombie movie scene. nice!
I just heard about the Nzi Zombie movie that premieres at Sundance this year. Also John Krasinski's movie sounds strange but not as strange as Nazi zombies.
new Krazynski (sp?!!!) movie? any chance it won't make me want to scoop my eyes out with a melon baller? his last two looked... not good. :)
In honor of Lost's return, I've designed my own tartan for Desmond. You can too.
Holli
Brief Interviews with Hideous Men is written and directed by John Krazinski. Appareantly he's a graduate of Brown and is an honors playwright.
Oh yeah, if you liked King of Kong see Man on Wire.
Speaking of zombies. a fun short film
andrew, that was a very cool little film. thanks for posting that.
also, that young lady will be Alice in the new Alice in Wonderland flick.
Oooh. We might get to a you know what this time.
nice. that'd be badass.
anyone watching Season 4 of LOST on SciFi? saw the end of the Season 3 finale and the beginning of the Season 4 premiere. that's a darn entertaining show!
You can watch the original version of The Prisoner online. I'm looking forward to the new version.

I know what I'll be watching at work this weekend- the Prisoner.
I present... The Wunder Boner!
good ol' Fail Blog
"The Wonder Boner. My wife would like that." 2 extension rods -- oh my.

It looks like ABC is going to air the 3 hour season 4 "enhanced" finale next Wednesday.
-LT Smash
From me, to all you you...
LOL
Steph - Just to let you know, Skins Season 3 starts over here in the UK on January 22nd.
The new cast looks really quite good. I'm a little bit excited.
i love that skit, alirio. fantastic all around.
the birds and the bees fail (entirely safe for work)
goal fail mind boggling!
Hey blogspot, what's up?
Work's gotten so busy that even my lurking has plummeted. But, I came across this weird Naveen Andrews' story, wanted to see some blogspot chat about it ... and was shocked to see that it's not been posted yet! Enjoy...
Didn'twe all decide that Naveen Andrews was a massive twat when he gave this interview.
dont speak ill of naveen or he'll snap your neck with his breakdancing moves!
Maybe he's really a nice guy, but has had a twat hex cast on him by Barbara Hershey.
Naveen Andrews can no more snap a man's neck with his legs than he can give an interview without coming across as a massive douche.
Sayid on the other hand is a deity.
Welcome back, Trev. I hope your holidays were nice.
When does Good TV come back?
Ryan, I've watched the new Skins promos. If you come across any thing new, let me know.
Even though he sounds like an asshole in interviews, I give Naveen props for doing what is best for his child.
"I've designed my own tartan for Desmond."
But... but... THIS is the Hume Tartan!
"You can watch the original version of The Prisoner online."
Amusingly, I'm not allowed to. Never mind - I can at least be standing outside Number Six's house in London in about half an hour if I wanted to. It's also literally about a minute's walk from the south wall of Buckingham Palace.
So, AMC can suck it, frankly.
This could be my father-in-law. I've finally managed to get off his forward list.
Holli
that is awesome.
thanks, holli. tholli!
Old People News is funny but what about a gif called "donmolest"?
"What are they doing, mommy?"
"They're telling secrets".
What if Mad Men were on HBO?
Man, I miss Don Draper.
When does good tv come back?
January 21st?
Some dates i'm keeping in mind:
Supernatural (CW) Jan. 15
Battlestar Galactica (SciFi) Jan. 16
Fringe (Fox) Jan. 20
Lost (ABC) Jan. 21
Office (NBC) Feb. 1
Dollhouse (Fox) Feb. 13
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (Fox) Feb. 13
Reaper (CW) March 17
those are mine. If you want to check for stupid shows that i don't watch click here
Detroit Lions Tattoo
yeah... :\
So we've found a bigger loser than the Lions themselves.
Holli
What is Red Riding?
Channel 4 seems to be going a bit Wolf Creek all of a sudden.
"So we've found a bigger loser than the Lions themselves." <-- Kablammo!
Btw, does anyone know how to cure insomnia? Besides taking goofy pictures with your webcam?
I find that posting a selection of these pictures really helps.
Obama to meet Spider-Man
Everyone take the day off?
Perhaps you're all watching Vantage Point in your Netflix Instant Queue. I assume Jordan waged a one man campaign for the ability to watch such great cinema at will.
Holli
- Hopefully it's as good as the time The Avengers Met David Letterman
- i think my last post came across as mean spirited, but i was totally joking. Your favorite shows aren't stupid. (snicker)
- i'm playing hooky from work on Sunday to watch the Steelers murderize Jay & Jack's Chargers (they are the only Chargers fans i know of ;) I just hope it goes better than the time that Spiderman played hookie
wait, rewind that
Obama meeting Spiderman, the Avengers meeting Letterman. And speaking of the Stillers (Who as a Seahawks fan I'm obligated to loathe), Here's Terry Bradshaw meeting Jay Leno.
lost season 4 blu-rays kick copious amounts of ass. the easter eggs are pretty easy to find and the features are pretty cool so far.
the Oceanic Conspiracy feature is FANTASTI-GREAT!
