Should be up on iTunes shortly...
Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait. It was just what I wanted for Christmas.

I know what I'll be listening to on the way to work in the morning. TLI ahead of the 63 other podcasts on the iPod.
BTW I"m at 52.8% on that movie list. The Hitchcock class I took came in very handy. There were about 10 of his movies on the list.
Holli
I really like this blog, the author is very talented at blogging! I enjoyed viewing it. Check out my internet speed test blog. Comments welcome! =)

Nice job Ladies...
Did I miss a Kablamo? or did the spam count?
Not sure but I'm on alert since

Can't wait for new Lost? Check out these Lost Parodies done with action figures.
Ha! Where the hell did you find that song??! I want a copy. I'll just type 'jizz' into google as i expect thats how you came across it. Lol. Looking foward to the Losties and will be making my votes known one way or another, time for another re-watch....
I guess I need to buy the DVDs. Or at least dl them.
another highly enjoyable TLI.
thanks for the DVD review. you girls are too good to me. if i were to wear a TLI thong, i'd certainly think of you two.
luckily for humanity, and any other intelligent life on this planet or any others, i'll probably never wear a thong.
but you should market a new thong at your cafepress site. the "frozen donkey thong."
Is the blogspot broken?
Good podcast, Kim and Aimee. I'll be doing my homework.
i think everyone is afraid that there will be TLI podcast discussion when we haven't had a chance to listen yet.
at least i am.
no whammies.
- Pushing Daisies was really good last night. It was kind of intense. The dialogue was awesome too but subtle and quick.
Yeah...is the blogspot broken?

Jordan, Milk wasn't anything special.
hhaha. sorry kim. I've been so spaced out this week it's unbelievable. 3 massive essays, an exam and a massively drunken night out for a friend's birthday in the space of 5 days is not a good idea. I've finally finished my last essay... and i have to be awake in less than 5 hours. this is not good times at all! So it's not your fault at all, it's just me being dense!
Oh, by the way, great podcast girls. I really liked it. Especially the whole "my brother got stabbed story", i was laughing out loud... but maybe that says more about me than anything :/
It just goes to show, the hiatus episodes are actually some of my favourites.
MORE HIATUS EPISODES PLEASE. (well, obviously not this year... but still. you know what i mean.)
Also, just posted some spoiler/casting news on the SPLOG.
This might come in handy in the next couple of weeks.
Holli
There's a MAJOR snow storm hitting Toronto right now. I was just up in the air, and we made it down safely, with about 10 minutes to spare before things really started to get heavy. Oh Canada.
Thanks for the comments guys on the podcast. I like the hiatus casts we do too. I was checking around online, and Aimee and I have some neat ideas for the next podcast we want to try out.
I'm looking forward to reading all of your Losties WINNERS and LOSERS.
Steph! I recieved your pkg yesterday in the mail! Whooo HOOO! Merry Christmas to me! I've just finished Season 1, and I can't decide which brother I like more on Supernatural, lol
MB, where are you?

Failed Guiness Record Attempts. No 8 is hilarious, and tangentially LOST related.
Holli
Just dropping in to say: great episode. Sorry for my absence.
Peter "Look Around You" Serafinowicz is at it again:
The Mactini.
Aimee's Thanksgiving story reminds me of this. Maybe next year.
Holli
I had completely forgotten the Sayid/Keamy fight in the S4 finale. I think there may have to be multiple Chuck Norris awards this year.
Holli
Kim, you can love them both equally. I do. I knew after that season one cliffhanger you'd be dying to see what happened.
I'm torrenting the season 4 DVDs. Looks like I'll be watching them in 3 days. I'll start doing my homework. Right now I'd say Captain Gault would be the hottest.
"I FIXED YER GUN!"
JJ Abrams is even shorter than Tom Cruise? Damn that is short!
Holli
Yay! New TLI! So I'm gonna buy one of the shirts - suggestions as to which is the best? :)
The Powerball Lottery is making some changes. I took this from the website:
"In very rare instances, we may not be able to pay the stated set prize levels (for example, if you all play the numbers from the TV show "LOST" and we draw those numbers)."
I thought it was funny. I guess there are a lot of people who play The Numbers every week.
colleen, go for the ringer t-shirt, the light t-shirt, or the regular women's t-shirt. unless you work out and have Evangeline Lilly arms, then get the TLI Tank or the Cap Sleeve.
she looks good but Evangeline's got some muscles. i may have to become a Skater just cuz she's make up for his lack of shoulders.
also, TLI Thong for Clif.
Palm - I was going to give Clif the baby's outfit ;)
Yeah, I definitely do NOT have arms like Evie's and I probably never wil haha. Thanks for the suggestion :) How've you been? I haven't been 'round these parts in ages!
i'm good. had the day off (with pay) because of a snow storm that didnt show up until the afternoon. good stuff!
spent the day decorating the tree, playing video games, and eating freshly baked oversized chocolate chip cookies.
and, in a bout of nostalgia, the girlfriend and i watched 1984's The Night They Saved Christmas. ok, so maybe i watched while she decorated the tree...
crazy that the little ginger kid grew up to be on ER.
oh. also listened to Steph and Andrew on Confessions of an Internet Addict. gotta catch up my backlog of podcasts after not having power for a while.
how about you, colleen? and you, blogspotica?
p.s. Ka-BLAMO!!!!
p.p.s. good job, steph and andrew! enjoyable conversation you two had.
So P, you're all lit up in the great white north or did the new snow knock you back out? Here it's 70 again, but a high below 40 by Sunday just in time for your nose to run all the way through Christmas.
Only 1 more party and 2 family events to go until Xmas morning. I'm trying to figure out what to volunteer to bring to Xmas dinner. Suggestions? Just assume that someone else has already volunteered for the dry dressing, the yucky sweet potatoes and the casseroles made with cans of soup.
Holli
Here is a link to a variation to my favorite dip. I add a can of diced tomatoes with garlic and take out the jalapeno's and the pimentos.
Be sure to drain it all and add a big (16oz) bottle of Zesty Italian dressing and let it fridge overnite.
Bring 2 bags of tortilla chips...
Done
Morning! This morning from Amazon I received the film "Wimbledon" and a Tom Baker Doctor Who serial called "The Invasion of Time", sent by someone who did not include their name.
The really weird thing is that they weren't from my wishlist, so were sent by someone who knows my address.
If it was any of you guys, thank you very much and Merry Christmas!
Chris, that Doctor Who movie was on your wishlist. Wimbledon is for Rachel. I HAD to reciprocte for the Kristen Chenoweth Christmas CD you sent me.
I'm glad you enjoyed it, p. I enjoyed recording it. Andrew was a great interviewee.
Oh! Bless you, Steph!
You're right, it was on my wishlist. I've deleted it now. Thank you very much, and Rachel thanks you too - it's the sort of thing she wouldn't have thought of getting for herself but she's a sucker for Paul Bettany so it's superb all 'round!
The Invasion of Time looks interesting - it's the other Doctor Who serial by non-existent writer "David Agnew" who also didn't exist when he wrote City of Death.
EXPLANATION.
Thanks Mr. Bill. I think I may take this to dinner Sunday night. I have to bring an appetizer.
Holli
Palm, I'm good. I did not have the day off for the snow, but I got to leave 2 hours early. Only by the time I got home, it was an hour and a half later, so I wasn't really home that early anyway haha. Started watching Supernatural last night after hearing Steph & Kim talk about it. I like so far.
what's up, blogspot? anything cool?
anyone have any advice on snowblowers? besides dont dangle body parts or family pets in front of them? good brands? etc?
mr. bill, that dip sounds pretty good. holli, go make some for that party and report back! ;)
/making pulled pork
//for the past seven hours
oh. and is Supernatural any good if you're not into Buffy and Angel or looking at the Winchester boys?
The dip is in the fridge. I'll provide feedback on Monday. It makes more than I thought it would. Glad I didn't double it.
Holli
Holli,
I should have stressed the importance of draining it all. I hope you drained "everything" beans, corn, peas, diced tomatoes.
The draining helps with the absorption of the Zesty Dressing.
I'm a little picky when I make mine.
It's really good munchie food. Now that I think of it. I'll make some now.
palmer, just Netflix the first disc to see if you like it.
Kim's hooked. Colleen's hooked. Andrew watched the entire series.
Mr Bill, I haven't heard much about your Supernatural viewing. Did the show hook you?
Steph,
I've watched about 4 episodes and it is pretty good. I keep forgetting to watch it. I do enjoy the cult name references.
I really do enjoy Anchorman though.
Brick Tamland
"I Love Lamp"
You and your niece are so cute I could just squee. I don't have a little blond girl anymore. She's more of a smart-mouthed, cynical tween who refuses to wear pink now.
Thanks Steph,
In that picture she caught me buying a gift for her online and said "Hey! I want that" I told her
"That is for me Emily" she said "Well get you one too"...
She is a mess.
P, Get a snowblower by Motormaster. Do you have those in the US? Today I spent 3hrs (!!!) plowing my driveway. I couldn't believe it took so long. The snow is piled up about 4 feet along the sides of the driveway. Ugh.
Steph good podcast, and Andrew too. Nice job.
Has anyone finished (or started) Xmas shopping? I have one more gift to get. I went to the mall today. I almost was killed. Never doing that again so close to Christmas on a weekend.
Snowblowers...Hummm...I know that honda makes the best most dependable small engine.
We don't get much snow.
Kim, Done with all my festivus presents. Thanks to Amazon (not the jungle), llbean, and one trip to Target. Horah!
Everyone play along...
The Mall at Christmas is like ___.
Fill in the blank.
Here is mine.
The Mall at Christmas is like, so 1980, OMG.
Ho Ho Ho.
- Palmer, making pulled pork for 7 hours may require a consultation with your doctor
- The Mall at Christmas is like being stuck in the bathroom during your birthday party.
- i think Buffy & Angel were only good if you watched every episode from the beginning and got invested in the characters to the point where you came to appreciate the cheesy effects and terrible jokes, where Supernatural has some really fun stand alone episodes and Sam & Dean have a little more testosterone.
- working on my top 10 lists. Music was pretty easy this year, partly because there weren't that many outstanding releases. The films list is turning out to be tough though. I think i saw more movies this year than any year previous but i still have a huge list of films to catch up on, lots of late oscar-bait flicks.
- i'm making a last ditch effort at Christmas presents tomorrow. If i fall short, i'm just going to make a donation in everyone's name to the Human Fund
- Merry 1-month-to-LOST day!!!
The Mall at Christmas is like the waterpark the weekend before school starts. Don't do it.
The Mall at Christmas is a bit like Teen Wolf Too. Painful and unnecessary.
The mall at Christmas is like taking a cheese grater to your face until you reach the creamy nougat center.
Hey blogspot!
Joyeux Noel everyone!!!
I hope you're all enjoying the holidays.
I avoid the mall at Christmas, especially the 6 interconnected malls in downtown Montreal.
Crazy stuff.
The first time someone mentioned southern caviar I asked if it was catfish eggs.
Hardy Har Harr
Mmmm.... nougat face center.
ka-blamo!
The Southern Caviar was a big hit! Very easy to make. We ate almost all of it. Thanks again Mr. Bill.
Holli
Oh! I've had that dip before. Mmm. Good.
is that a Paula Deen recipe? without butter and cream?
Have began the season 4 rewatch-
If Charlie was in Hurley's head, why was the other patient in the hospital able to see him?
Why wasn't Jorge nominated for some kind of an award? Didn't he get a Latino award of some kind?
Palmer, that's how we do it in the South. Cholesterol doesn't scare us.
Great Holli,
That is why I love it so much.
Steph, I think that the other patient can see Charlie because the idea is that crazy people are open to those kinds of experiences or dimensions. Charlie says he's dead, but he's here. I think the O6's Island exposure make them able to see what the Island wants them to see like dreaming of Claire and Jack's dad even though most of us can't see that dimension.
Holli
Maybe someone on LOST will use this in season 5. It's not Ben's stick, but it's still pretty good.
Holli
At a training session for new course I'll be teaching all of January across Eastern Canada.
Was just told we should not speak too eloquently on location...
WTF???
New PauseCast up.
Happy Holidays!
Are you going to Newfoundland?
...if so, that explains it. :P
/Canadian humour
HAHA
I AM actually going to Newfoundland, for one day.
However, the idea behind not speaking too eloquently is the target audience of the training and their level of education and diction...
Kim, who was your favourite, Casey or Finnegan?
fantastic LOST posters
really nice looking stuff.
guess you can send them as e-cards at ABC.com
Hmmm. That Ajira Airlines is mentioned again. Interesting.
Holli
i wish it was Gojira Airlines.
The Wire complete series (5 seasons) on sale for $89!!!
Originally each season on it's own cost about $60. So this obviously is a great deal! Too bad I already own all the seasons.
Just returned from 3 days up in good ol' Canada. Went snowboarding in Whistler and had the pleasure of experiencing sub zero temperatures. And I got to ride on the new peak 2 peak gondola, built for the Olympics next year, that connects Whistler mountain to Blackcomb. Wow, what a sight. A 1.8 mile ride, with the highest point above ground being 1,427 feet. And get this. The first time we went on it, the thing stopped with us dead smack in the middle at the highest point. At first we were joking around. But slowly as time passed, the entire cabin of 25 people or so got increasingly quiet. We were sitting there for about 15 minutes. I won't deny having some very scary thoughts go through my head. Finally we start back up and head toward the mountain. Only as we are rising up, it stops again. Just for a couple minutes this time. However, when it re-started this time it was going in reverse! Not exactly comforting. Eventually it stopped and we made it. What is supposed to be about an 11 minute trip ended up taking about a half hour. I asked on the people running it what happened. Turned out they were taking a cabin off for maintenance. The gondola has only been open for 1 week. And I'm not sure if you heard about one of the older gondolas breaking down at Whistler a few days ago. Quite the experience.
Then spent a day in Vancouver, one of my fave cities. It snowed a fair amount while we were there. Then I return to Seattle, which was dumped on and currently covered in snow. I cannot remember ever seeing this much snow in the city itself. It doesn't snow that often here, and when it does it's usally very light and only around for a day or so. And Seattle tends to get the least amount compared to the suburbs. But this time is insane. All of downtown Seattle is covered in about 6-8 inches of snow. And yeah, I'm sure that's child's play for you people back east. But here it's out of control. Given how this doesn't happen too often, and likewise how ill-prepared the city is to clear the roads, plus how hilly the area is, pretty much half the city is staying home. lol.
How's the weather where you guys are at? Seems most everywhere is really getting it.
It's cold here -- below 30 -- but no frozen precip. They say we may have freezing rain overnight, but then it's supposed to be 50 tomorrow. I'm just glad we've had a couple of sunny days. I think the gloom returns tomorrow. A typical Southern Xmas would be 50 and raining.
Holli
Thanks Global Warming!
Alirio, both puppets scared me when I was little...so neither Casey or Finnigan.
...Speaking of Canada (and weather), looks like this will be the first time in 30+ years that all of Canada has a White Christmas (at least 1cm of snow fall Dec 25th). Really, we're still talking about weather, lol
Jordan, did you take any pictures of you skiing up on the mountains?
Finally finished the XMAS shopping today. Ppl are crazy this time of year. I HATE stores that sell on commission. The sales ppl are just as crazy as the customers. The most wonderful time of the year my ass!
Palmer, meant to drop you a note over the weekend. I was following your facebook updates of your Pulled Pork dinner. Sounded so intriguing that I'm having it for dinner tonight!
yes!! good woman, kim.
pulled pork is fantastic. and only takes hours and hours to make! :)
i guess that's why they make restaurants, eh?
and, for no reason, watch this scene from Silent Night Deadly Night 2. fantastic!
Here is my Christmas,Festivus,Holiday gift to all my friends here at the blogspot.
Click for Disco Goodness
That's awesome Mr. Bill! Love the dancing! Look at Jorge go!
O hai blogspotters!
-Brooklyn Bum
The Oceanic Six:Conspiracy of Lies featurette on the DVDs is awesome!
Holli
that disco thing was pretty great. virtual kim looks good in green. a fashion suggestion for kim from an imaginary elf (as opposed to a real elf).
i want those lost season 4 blu-rays!!!
hopefully, i'll get them for christmas. or shortly thereafter.
New
podcast is out.
That's a good start, Brooklyn Bum.
Delurk Brooklyn Bum. We don't eat new blogspotters after all. Maybe that's how the O6 survived for that 108 days? If you don't get that reference watch that LOST DVD extra about the O6. Seriously. I mean it. First thing on Xmas morning for those of you who don't get the discs until then.
Holli
P, green is my colour...though so is red. Either way I'm set for Christmas.
I thought FOR SURE I wouldn't have to go into work because of bad weather this morning...man, was I WRONG. Not only did I go to sleep at 4am, I had a rude wake up call at 450am saying we're good to go flying. Ugh. I'm running on fumes.
I'm currently at the salon getting my hair "did" sitting under one of those dome dryers. There's something oddly relaxing about it.
-K
/loving the new Blackberry
Those dryers burn my face.
I have lost season three of Supernatural right in the middle of hubby's marathon.
/can't wait to get my hands on my iPod Touch tomorrow night
"I'm currently at the salon getting my hair "did" sitting under one of those dome dryers. There's something oddly relaxing about it."
probably the radiation.
Jack about Farraday- "What's his story?"
Frank-"Half the the things his says goes over my head. The other half goes way, way over my head."
That is not good dialogue. It always stands out to me.
Best toothpaste commercial ever!
I'm not quite sure who is the better dancer.
i am.
Yeah. But that white girl in the commercial had some wicked moves.
I want to thank Palmer for alerting us to the Arrested Development DVD sale at Amazon.com in the last thread.
My DVD's just arrived (way earlier than advertised)!
Will wrap in blue paper, apply some diamond-encrusted cream, and open at Christmas.
Woot!
I bought all the DVDs a few months ago. The Smiths were excited to watch. We watched the first few discs and that was it. Now we watch on G4 whenever it's on. It's funny how I'm too lazy to stick the DVDs in.
welcome, alirio. walirio!!!!!!
Ka-Blammo!
Had to make sure we didn't mess this one up.
I am extremely impressed how good this fake Thundercats movie trailer is. Especially the part where Brad Pitt says "Thundercats Ho!"
that trailer is awesome. stupid. but awesome.
i vetoed posting a link to it earlier thinking i'd get laughed off the blogspot. thanks for being man enough to post that.
good stuff.
/snarf!
It looks pretty awesome
I also suffered the yellow-bellied, lily-livered fear of ridicule and abstained from posting a link to the Thundercats fan-made trailer.
I'm glad there are those among us here with the testicular fortitude necessary to keep us entertained.
Thank you Jordan... Thordan!
Kim and Alirio, I'm enjoying Passchendaele. Paul Gross is da man.
Gil Bellows? Where the hell's he been?
I would be a lot more embarrassed posting this Thundercats movie clip.
i would be extremely embarrassed posting this interview with real life "Thundercats."
Damn it! I'm sick and tired of not being able to see your youtube clips. I feel so out of the loop.
Steph,
I'm glad you enjoyed the movie. It sadly didn't do as well as first suspected. It looked great imo, but not promoted properly for bigger audiences. Film Festival nerds, and movie buffs seem to be ones to check it out the most.
Gil Bellows, isn't he in the latest season of 24? He was in the '24: Redemption' movie.
That Thundercats pseudo promo is the best trailer I have ever seen....I'm not even joking. What a belter. Merry christmas to everyone, I hope you all have a great time.
Amazing. *snarf snarf*
merry christmas (or so), blogspotica!
what's up? anybody dressing up as the Smoke Munster for Christmas or anything?
drinking Dharma Beer by the fire?
leaving Dharma Ranch Composite out for Santa?
I think I'll merely note the date on the calendar like Sayid did on the Freighter.
In actuality we are eating like pigs starting this morning at brunch, then at my house tonight, then twice tomorrow at the in-laws.
We're also already tracking Santa. Assuming the Island is near where it used to be, Santa should have visited already, but in 1983.
Holli
nice. i'm looking forward to overeating this holiday season.
wonder if i can find some bacon. ;)
Remember to watch The Constant tonight.
Wouldn't that be amazing? If in about ten years this massive hard core of LOST fans had made The Constant part of their festive viewing?
I know most here aren't that big of sports fans. But maybe Holli or Trevor will find this interesting. This article (partly) explains why I've been in a bit of a foul mood for much of 2008. Also, if you are interested in why I hate Oklahoma @$&%ing City so much.
Oh, and Howard the Duck is free on Hulu now. For those who want to celebrate Christmas the way it was intended.
As it so happens, I am in the middle of The Constant at the moment. I never complete a tv show or movie in one viewing.
Merry Christmas everyone. I'm baking cakes cookies and pies right now that I would love to share with the blogspot. It's the thought that counts, right? Maybe I'll take pictures at least.
What, and just rub it in our faces? lol.
Dangit. Now I'm craving cookies. Thanks Steph. Now I got to go trek through the snow to go to the store.
It's 63 degrees here.
it's nice and warm in the northeast. it's actually in the mid 30s instead of the teens. woo-hoo!
but its christmas tomorrow so i'm in a good mood.
Same here Palmer. We're up to 34 degrees! Woo hoo! If I could only remember where I put my swimming trunks.
Cheer up Jordan. You could live in Detroit.
I just watched Close Encounters of the Third Kind. I hadn't watched it since it came out. What a weird movie. Can't say I recommend it.
And finally, some cookies for the blogspot. Sorry none of you will be here tonight to eat them.
Holli
Nice, Holli.
My gift for the blogspot.
Holli, Detroit has the Pistons and Red Wings, who are both title contending teams. Not to mention 2 sports we don't even have. The Pistons won a title 4 years ago. The Red Wings won the Stanley Cup last year. I'd take that any day over anything my city has ever experienced, let alone this past season, which saw each and every sports team in town have one of their all time worst season in history, as well as one of them leave. That said, I can appreciate not having to actually live in Detroit though. ;)
Anybody going to go see Benjamin Button tomorrow?
See you're citing sports I don't give a shit about. My bad. But Detroit also has the worst season in Michigan history, and oh yeah, every business in the state will soon be shuttered, plus the mayor's in jail. And I believe it may currently be snowed in. Look for the silver lining Jordan. It's Christmas after all.
I'm interested to hear what people think of Benjamin Button before I commit. The concept creeps me out. I'm more interested in Reservation Road. I figure Marley & Me stinks really bad leading to Jennifer Anniston's recent photo shoot.
Holli
All is right in Seattle. Here comes the rain.
SIGH.
Reservation Road? Is that about Native Americans? I'm guessing you meant Revolutionary Road. I think that looks interesting. I don't think somebody could pay me to see Marley & Me. That looks horrible. I've heard good things about Doubt. And I still need to see Slumdog Millionaire.
Question to Holli and Steph. How would people where you guys live react to Tennessee or Alabama going 0-12? Cuz that's what happened to UW this year. And while people here were less than enthused, I can only imagine what would happen in the south where they fire coaches over going 6-6. I figure there would be riots and lynchings.
Anybody here planning on sending in an mp3 to Kim & Aimee for the Losties? I'm thinking about it, but I don't want to be the only one and look like an idiot.
See how much I care about the movies. I can't even name them. :-p
I'll tell you how much we like losing at football Jordan. All you got to do is look at the fired Philip Fulmer and Tommy Tuberville. Losing sucks as this Auburn fan can attest. And I knew about UW. Have to say I was pulling for WSU in the Crapple Cup. I've always liked their logo.
I'm looking out for the Losties. No time. Got to get through tomorrow, then I've get to get all Xmas put up so we can head for the beach on Saturday afternoon.
Holli
That Wazzu comment just dropped you a couple notches in my book Holli. Sorry, just the way it is. ;)
Yeah, If Phil Fulmer won a title at UW and had a 150-50 record, he would be allowed to coach until he died.
Anybody remember when Kimberley said submissions were due?
merry christmas! :)
submissions are due sometime in january. so, there's still time to get lost from santa and then rewatch your favorite episodes before weighing in on the losties.
Jan 3rd, at midnight, EST
Jordan, Alabama will never, ever go 0-12. The Alumni would never allow it. We might have the highest infant mortality rate in the country but the University of Alabama will not have a losing season.

Brits do the strangest things at Christmas, like putting this man on TV.
The Bugle podcast will love it.
Why is Ahmadinejad trying to suck up to Britain?
It cracks me up that Ben looks like he's having a seizure.
I just started watching Tropic Thunder. So far it's kind of funny in a Zoolander kind of way.
I'm still a bigger fan of Anchorman.
I just started watching a show called Testees. I'm just halfway through 1st episode.
Monstrously funny show!"
OMG, Mr Bill. That is sick. I can't believe they can show that on tv. Wow.
I didn't know it was on tv someone just sent me a link to it and it really is funny.
I've been looking for shins but I can't seem to find it online.
Or is it Skins?
Skins. Enjoy.
Merry Christmas all!

Merry Christmas to you.
