I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that we're going to see yet another part of the island or another "station" that's conveniently never been discovered.
I'm going to say that The Lighthouse Station is going to feature... and if it doesn't, then this is a retarded name for the episode.

What's the point of a lighthouse being on an island that no one can even find?

Anyway, I don't think we are going to see a station called the "Lighthouse" (we already have the "Lamppost." If there is a station called the Lighthouse, I look forward to future episodes where we see "the Flashlight" "Aladdin's Lamp", "The Matchstick", The Headlight", and of course "The Tiny LED Light on Your Keychain that is Supposed to Help You See Your Keys at Night, but Doesn't Do Crap" stations.
I can imagine one of our Losties visiting a lighthouse in the Alt-universe and making an important discovery. OR, imagine Desmond living in a lighthouse being the "keeper" of some important Island mystery. Ohhhh....

maybe the lighthouse is a metaphor. so, jack will encounter some kind of "beacon" from the LOSTiverse? like Desmundo?
Lighthouse is Pierre Chang's new moniker. No more Marvin Candle or Edmund Wickman, he only needs one name like Madonna or Prince cause he's just that big now.

Maybe the double 'lighthouse' meaning will be an actual lighthouse on the island and Jack going slightly Dr. House off island. Maybe a slight limp? Minor pill addiction?

mehopes this episode is pretty fantastic. maybe Jack will cultivate his beard while working in a lighthouse. maybe he can wear a captain's hat and get an eyepatch and a pipe for extra grizzledness.

"The Substitute" had to do with the off island story literally and on island metaphorically.
There will probably be a lighthouse off island and something/someone on island will serve as a metaphor for a lighthouse.
Actually, you all have it wrong. The actual title of the Ep. is "Lifehouse." It is a Charlie centric episode. In the flash sideways, he is the basist in a one hit wonder christian band that totally sucks balls.
