(For the last time.) Woo Hoo!!
So if I never listen to it, it won't have to end, right?
AWESOME final episode! I was shocked to discover you were all dead this WHOLE time!!!
Dharmalars is so awesome it seems to have broken Twitter.
Holli
i was balling like a baby when i was finishing up and put in the last chapter of the show.
damn i wish jimmy could have had the chance to do something. it just wasnt the same without him.
Thank you, ralph-. That was nice.
I really enjoyed Cue the Music. I learned a ton.
That will be back really soon. Guess what? Lost will be episode 14
14 - come on Ralph. It needs to be 15 or 16.
Holli
But i was going to play the playlist from the Lost Symphony event and i was really excited to do it right away.
Happy and sad at the same time
:)))) Listening now.....
make episode 14 about the score to Marmaduke.
ka-blamo!
what's wrong with the podcast name the "Geronimo Jack-offs?" i stand by that name. i mean, besides it being horrible and tacky.
two hours in and enjoying it. good stuff.
I'm back in my post-Lost depression today after listening. I regret not calling the Dharmaline.
I'm with you Steph. I've been so busy the last 2 weeks that I totally forgot to call the Dharmaline. It looks like they got plenty of listener-love, though.
My computer's been completely f'ed since last Friday, so I was totally psyched when I finally got my internet back today and Dharmalars started downloading.
I'm not gonna listen to it just yet, though. I'm saving it for this weekend so I can hole myself up for a few hours and have a total Lars-gasm!
Only TLI to go.
*sigh*
Good thing Wipeout's almost back! Nothing pulls me out of a bout of depression than some well placed faceplants and crotch-shots!
wow. just finished listening. kind of heartbreaking listening to two renditions of Shambala and knowing this is the last of the Dharmalars. you guys are great podcasters and great friends. at least we'll always have Uncharted 2 multiplayer in... SHAMBALA. woah.
Good call Palmer! I finally got my copy of Uncharted 2 back, so we need to get a game together.
The Dharmalars taste like jumping out of a waterfall. Or two sumo wrestlers coming at you.
Make that 23 sumo wrestlers coming at you.
I'm going to save this one. Got to catch up on the shitty podcasts first.
My people and I are doing the very last LOST rewatch Friday. You don't want the book to end but when you close the book you say God that was great.
Great work, Ralph. Awesome to hear Jorge, you did a solid job when the questions. A plus work.
Amazing show guys!
Thanks!
I commend you Kyle! As much as I'd love to, there's no way I could start a rewatch yet.
I think what I'm going to do is hold out until I can find someone who hasn't watched the show and wouldn't mind watching it in large chunks.
I always find that the rewatches are much more fun if I'm watching with someone who's never seen it before.
Plus, it gives me the opportunity to let my LOST nerd-flag fly!
It's nice to know that The Dharmalars' popularity extends as far as western Asia.
KUDOS!
Great Final Episode Dharmalars.
I'm not starting my rewatch til that super snazy Blu-ray complete collection arrives at my door. But I very well might have to start my Dharmalars re-listen immediately.
P.S. if there are any interested parties I finally posted my mini-Lost Finale podcast (and by mini I mean 50 minutes)
http://www.curiosityabounds.com/ramjack/
I'm with Brad. I'm waiting to do a rewatch until the release of the Blu-ray.
Ralph, great episode, but it needed more bacon. . .
. . . & Boobs
otherwise, great job!
i like LOST. and the Dharmalars.
and TLI. oh my!
I like EH?
I'm liking EH too....most fun :) Good stuff Chris.
i like EH too. good stuff, fellows!
anyone seen the A-Team movie?
i am fucking CHOMPING AT THE BIT!!
Need to see The A-Team so fucking bad!!
Thanks for the final episode, but now I'm really sad. I can't believe this is really the end. Please do a few Lars episodes from time to time to keep us entertained. Thanks for all the great podcasts!
I want to see the A-Team as well, but I'm so scared of being disappointed that I'm a little hesitant
I thought the A-Team was really fun. It is WAY better than Miami Vice and that is a guarantee!
Why did Michael shoot Ana Lucia?
WAAAAAAALT!
yeah, the Others used the computers to lure Michael to them and then offered Walt and a boat in exchange for Ben in the "8 Minutes" episode.
so, Michael killed the fuck out of Ana Lucia and Libby, released Ben, and then shot himself to make it look like it wasn't him who perpetrated the crime.
and it worked. Michael got Walt and a boat. and we got rid of Ana Lucia. ;)
KA-BLAMO!
Thanks Ralph, that makes me feel a lot better! Hopefully I can get out to see it this weekend.
Not today, though! I've got an awesome day full of World Cup Soccer and Dharmalars awaiting me. Ole, ole, ole, ole!
I still don't understand how some people call Ana Lucia one of their favorite characters. She was just as annoying as Kate, but not nearly as hot!
...and she had NO follow-through!
"Raise an army", anyone?
What do you think the outcome would have been if they actually turned LOST island into Parris Island?
Do the Losties win and force Ben, Friendly and the lot into the bear cages for good?
Or do we get The Purge Part II and out Losites end up in a matching mass grave?
I still can't tell if the Others were able to kill Jack, Hurley and the other candidates.
Yep, I still like LOST.
I can't wait to see A-Team. I'm hitting it this week for sure. Also I finally got around to watching The Chuck Season Finale. I just started watching it this season and I am absolutely loving this show.
remember that time that they saw cows on the island. yeah.
LOST.
remember that time when the others had a sheriff for two days and then never again. yeah.
LOST.
I don't think I remember that...
Saw the A Team easily the most fun I've had in the theater this year. And a certain cameo = hot.
i didn't mean for my post to sound like i was bitching about lost. i like Lost.
Thanks Blogspam! I can always count on you to post something insightful and brighten my day.
What about Walt?
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLT!
it's a father's right!
Subscribing to Brad's podcast.
I forgot to tell you guys that I tried DEEP FRIED BACON the other night at a brew pub. Yes, it was very good. And after eating two pieces, I prob cut 5 years off my life.
Deep fried bacon is one of my favorites! Chop it up and sprinkle it over some French Vanilla ice cream for a total Bacon-gasm.
Listen to Damon and Carlton talk candidly about writing Lost.
Also listen to Kitsis and Horowitz speak.
nice. i'll check those links out, steph. thanks!
I'm glad you posted, p. I was beginning to wonder if this place was already becoming a ghost town.
checking out the Darlton one now, steph.
no LOST content yet but pretty entertaining.
Hey, heard some interesting spoilers about season 7... oh wait... nevermind...
文行文行, that is an awesome movie tagline.
Amazon is taking pre-orders for the LOST Encyclopedia. Granted, I can't imagine lostpedia not having everything in there and more.
Also, Speakingof movie taglines....
Jimmy, you listen to my little Doctor Who show, too? Amazing!
It's funny you should mention that as Ralph's use of Robot Rock on a former (Dharma?)'Lars episode was one of the factors that led to the creation of Eleventh Hour in a way that will probably take too long to explain here.
I'm just keeping the flame alive into a different show.
what up Blogspot!
- A-Team was really fun. I had very low expectations but it's a lot of fun. If you liked Die Hard 4 or last year's Star Trek, you'll get a kick out of it.
- the Banksy "documentary" 'Exit Through The Gift Shop' is my favorite movie of the year so far though.
- Still working through LOST podcasts. I'm 17 hours into 35 hour Lost Lowdown finale spectacular. They're doing some pretty heavy lifting making the plot work.
- Speaking of podcasts, some blogspotters have started a Buffy The Vampire Slayer podcast called Potential Cast.
- remember when ms. Klu made patchie shoot her so she wouldn't tell the losties that the Others don't know what the fuck is going on either?
just stopping by to set this up.....
Kablamo!
Yep, episode zero of the PotentialCast is up. Now all we need to do is find a time all four of us can agree on to record number one.
Andrew, Mrs. Klugh had Patchy shoot her in Season 3 in the episode Enter 77 featuring Nadia the cat and the tortured Parisian cat.
I think that Jacob turned into animals.
Yo blog peeps! What is up with it?
Been working graveyard the past week. Ugh. The world is upside down and everything is backwards. In related news, the Lost finale finally makes sense.
Currently plowing through episodes of The Shield. Good show. They sure got away with a lot of stuff on FX. Daniel Dae Kim showed up the other day playing a, get this, Korean business man!
Noticing people on the PS3 playing Red Dead Redemption a bunch of late. I hear it's pretty bad ass. You guys recommend picking it up?
I've been watching tons of the World Cup. Congrats Alirio on Portugal absolutely obliterating N. Korea today. Suck it, Kim Jong Il!!!
Here's a clip for those who think Breaking Bad is too bleak and depressing.
TLI?
What up everyone?
Still haven't seen the A-Team. I'm hoping I can make it some time this weekend.
Andrew - Kudos on the endless podcast progress! I listened to the Lars again this weekend and it still got me a little choked up.
Speaking of The Flame, what ever happened to the cow? I'm guessing Rose and Bernard made quick work of it after Locke exhausted the island's boar supply.
Jordan - Red Dead is totally worth it. If you liked GTA IV, you'll LOVE Red Dead. I just started playing multiplayer yesterday and it's pretty fuckin' sweet!
...and this has been one of the best World Cups ever! Can't wait for Wednesday. Ole ole ole ole!
Jordan, I've realized something about Breaking Bad. You know the problem I had early on with the guy in the basement. I know now it was too early in the show for me to be on board with. With the finale, I was cheering for Jessie to take care of business. It needed to be done. Because it was going to be one or the other to be spoiler-free. I'm now on board with all the darkness and boy drama.
hello, internetica. i am randomly in florida. what's up in LOST-town?
hey, go look at this. wondering if i'm gunna try to sell seasons 1 through 5 and pick up the complete lost series on blu-ray. hmmm...
and, because i care, here are some bruce campbell soup labels. mmm mmm groovy.
I've pre-odered the complete blu-ray set and now am working like hell to buy a new tv and a blu-ray player (and have just about talked myself into going the ps3 route for the blu-ray player). If the end of august arrives and I am sitting around with my 13inch tv from 1995 and my cheapo dvd player I'm gonna have nothing to do but sit around and play one hell of a $194 game of Senet.
Palmer, what part of Florida? That's a long trip for you, isn't it?
west palm beach. about 4 hours in the air.
wonder if i could bring an alligator back home. put it in the pond behind my parents' house.
U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A!
And now for Helen Mirren pretending to kiss Bai Ling.
ACK!!!
RAINBOW BACON?!!?!!?!?!
